Since our services are project-based and customized for each client, our refund policy is designed to ensure fairness for both parties.
Eligibility for Refunds
Refunds may be considered under the following conditions:
- If the project has not yet started after payment.
- If we are unable to deliver the agreed scope of work due to internal reasons.
- If there is a mutual agreement between Zavtech and the client to terminate the project.
Non-Refundable Cases
Refunds are not applicable in the following cases:
- Once the initial concept, design, or draft has been shared with the client.
- If delays are caused by client-side issues, such as lack of feedback, required files, or approvals.
- For services already delivered, including design files, renders, website code, or marketing campaigns.
- For digital products, downloadable assets, or licenses purchased on behalf of the client.
Project Revisions Instead of Refunds
To ensure client satisfaction, Zavtech offers multiple revisions (as per agreed terms) instead of refunds. Our team works closely with you to refine the project until expectations are met.
Payment & Cancellation
Advance payments are mandatory to initiate any project and are non-refundable.
If a client cancels the project mid-way, the amount for the completed portion of the work will be deducted, and the balance (if any) may be refunded at Zavtech’s discretion.
