What this policy covers

This policy describes how Zavtech handles information collected through this website. Client project data is covered by the terms of each engagement.

Information you give us

When you send the quote form, your name, company, email, project details and selections are stored in our own customer system, together with the page you sent it from and any campaign (UTM) parameters. The system runs on our hosting provider's servers.

If you email us instead, your email provider and ours process the message under their own policies. When we reply by email, the conversation is kept with your request.

Chat assistant

The chat assistant offers set answers on your device. If you type a question and AI replies are enabled, your messages in that conversation are sent to our AI provider, Anthropic, to write the reply, and Anthropic processes them under its own policies. We do not save chat conversations on our website. Please don't share sensitive details in the chat.

If you choose Get a quote, the questions you typed are placed in the Project notes field of the quote form, where you can edit or remove them before sending.

Attribution data

To understand which pages and campaigns bring enquiries, the quote message includes the page you sent it from and any campaign (UTM) parameters from your visit. These are stored in your browser for the current session only.

Cookies and analytics

Google Analytics and the Meta Pixel load only if you accept cookies in the banner. If you decline, they do not load. Your choice is stored in your browser, and you can reset it by clearing this site's data.

How we use information

We use your information to reply to your enquiry, prepare a proposal and run our business. We do not sell personal information.

Retention and your choices

We keep enquiries only as long as we need them for these purposes or as required by law. You can ask us to access, correct or delete your information by writing to the address below.
